In keeping with the evolving nature of the Equinox Gallery, in 2009 we launched of our newest initiative - Gallery2. Located on our second floor, Gallery2 is a project space for hosting thematic or solo exhibitions by artists working in a variety of media and formats. Gallery2 is a unique opportunity for the Equinox Gallery to contribute to the dialogue on contemporary art by organizing exhibitions outside traditional constraints. Projects vary in scale, approach and duration, but ultimately experimentation and exploration are at the forefront of exhibitions in Gallery2.
